Cook delicious together with Stashevskoe flakes

Main courses
Oatmeal bars
- 1 cup (250 ml) of oat flakes
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 50 gr. raisins
-100 gr. nuts
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of seeds

Cooking method:
Chop the nuts, mix all the dry ingredients and add honey and 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir until smooth.
Grease the baking paper and form the finished mass into the desired shape.
Put in the oven (170 degrees) for 30 minutes.

Viennese waffles
- 100 g of oat flakes
- Egg 1 piece
- Oil 40 gr
- Milk 50 ml
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder 5 gr
- Lemon juice 5 ml

Cooking method:
Grind the flakes in a blender until smooth. Mix the egg, sugar and butter. Beat until smooth, add milk, flakes, baking powder and lemon juice. Beat again.
Put the finished mass into a warmed-up waffle mold. Bake according to the instructions.

Homemade granola
- 250 g of oat flakes
- Honey 4 tbsp .spoons
- Raisins 50 gr
- Dried apricots 50 gr
- Hazelnuts 50 gr
- Almonds 50 gr
- Pumpkin seeds 50 gr

Cooking method:
Chop the nuts and dried apricots. Mix oat flakes, chopped nuts, seeds and honey. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix until smooth. Grease the baking paper and put the resulting mixture on it. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes, stir every 10 minutes. At the end, add dried apricots and raisins.

Oatmeal and flax crackers
- 65 g of oat flakes
- 50 g of flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary

Method of preparation:
Pour 100 ml of boiling water over flax and leave for 10 minutes under the lid. In a blender, grind the oat flakes together with rosemary and thyme. The resulting mass is mixed with the infused flax seeds. If desired, you can add salt.

Grease the baking paper and spread the resulting mixture on top. Cover the top with a second baking sheet (pre-greased with oil). Roll out the resulting dough as thin as possible. Remove the top layer of paper and put the resulting rolled mass in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Break the finished crackers into small pieces.

Carrot cake made of oat flakes
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml of oil
- 50 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of grated carrots
- 150 grams of oat flakes
- 60 g of raisins
- 60 g dried apricots
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of spices (ginger, nutmeg)

Method of preparation:
Mix eggs with sugar and banana and bring to a homogeneous mass. Add the carrots and butter and mix again. Grind oat flakes in a blender, then mix them with dried apricots, raisins, baking powder and spices. Add salt. Add to the finished mass with carrots, mix.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the finished mixture into the mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Oatmeal cookies
- 2 bananas
- 50 g of oat flakes
- confectionery decorations

Cooking method:
Peel the bananas and mash with a fork until mushy. Add oat flakes. In an oven preheated to 175 degrees, put the resulting mixture on baking paper, forming small-sized future cookies. If desired, decorate with confectionery decorations. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Oatmeal pancakes
- 120 g of oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt to taste

Cooking method:
Grind the oat flakes in a blender. Mix eggs with sugar and salt. Add the crushed oat flakes. Gradually, stirring, pour in the milk. Mix until smooth and add vegetable oil. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Preheat the frying pan and pour a small amount over medium heat, forming a future pancake. Bake on both sides until ready.

Oatmeal muffins
- 150 g of oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 150 gr. yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10 g of baking powder
- 50 g of raisins

Method of preparation:
Set aside one tablespoon of oat flakes in advance. Chop the rest in a blender. Break two eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar. Add yogurt, crushed flakes, baking powder and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
Add raisins and a spoonful of whole flakes to the resulting mixture. Mix it up.
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until creamy. Add to the finished dough and mix.

Lubricate the muffin pan with oil and form future cupcakes from the finished mixture. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Smoothies with oatmeal
- Half a cup of oatmeal
- 200 gr. strawberries
- Half a cup of yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey

Method of preparation:
Pour the flakes with a glass of boiling water and let it brew for 10 minutes. Then add the yogurt and strawberries whole. Add honey. Mix with a blender, chop the strawberries to a thick consistency.

Oatmeal tortilla
- 100 gr. oat flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 65 ml. water

Cooking method:
Grind the oat flakes in a blender. Add salt to the resulting flour. Add butter to hot water, mix and pour into flour. Form a medium-sized ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Put on a hot frying pan (without oil) and bake on both sides until ready.
