Smoothies with oatmeal
- Half a cup of oatmeal
- 200 gr. strawberries
- Half a cup of yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Cooking method:
Pour the flakes with a glass of boiling water and let it brew for 10 minutes . Then add the yogurt and strawberries whole. Add honey. Mix with a blender, chop the strawberries to a thick consistency.
